Welcome to Faith Harbor Fellowship
“Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.” — Jeremiah 3:15
Meet Our Pastors:
Ray & Rosie Tapp
Hello and blessings in Christ Jesus! We are Pastors Ray and Rosie Tapp. Our journey began in 1980 when we moved from Fairbanks to Valdez, Alaska, along with our four young children. During an inspiring partnership with Pastors Jason and Karen Wells from 1980 to 1991, we helped establish Faith Harbor Fellowship. Throughout those foundational years, we served in various capacities within the ministry. In 1991, when Pastors Jason and Karen were called elsewhere, we were ordained as the Senior Pastors of Faith Harbor.
Since then, we have been privileged to lead this vibrant community and witness God’s miraculous works among us. Today, our children are grown, and we joyfully embrace the role of grandparents to 13+ grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Our heart’s mission is to fortify the Kingdom of God, starting in Valdez and extending to the nations. We are dedicated to seeing lives transformed and fully realized in Christ—spirit, soul, and body. We eagerly anticipate continuing God’s work in our church and beyond.
